Diverted from exercise to assist Police with a 3 hour search for an missing person

Aberystwyth Lifeboat and the Inshore Rescue Boat (IRB) were diverted from a planned 'Easter Egg' navigation exercise to assist Police with a search for a missing person.

Both boats searched around Constitution Hill for nearly three hours, until the casualty was successfully located by Police. Both boats were then stood down to continue with the exercise and to return to the harbour.
