Missing Person

Launched to reports of missing person, possibly in Consti hill area.

 

Lifeboat arrived on scene and carried out a shoreline search to Clarach bay, and then carried out a search pattern back towards Aberystwyth. During the search 2 white para flares were set off to aid the lifeboat and Aberystwyth Coastguard with visibility.

The crew were eventually stood down and returned to station with nothing found. Casualty found later by Police.
